This licence applies to the Fuzzy MCDM desktop application in executable form, its installer, its
documentation and the example files distributed with it (together, "the Software"). It does not apply to the
source code, which is not distributed, nor to the third-party components included in the Software, which
remain under their own licences listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.

1. Permitted use

   You may, free of charge, install and use any number of copies of the Software for research, teaching,
   study and other non-commercial purposes, and publish the results you obtain with it.

2. Redistribution

   You may give unmodified copies of the installer and of the documentation to others, free of charge,
   provided that this licence and the third-party notices accompany them and that no notice of authorship,
   copyright or funding is removed or changed.

3. Restrictions

   You may not, except to the extent that applicable law expressly allows it:
   (a) modify, adapt or translate the Software, or create derivative works of it;
   (b) decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software;
   (c) sell, rent or lend the Software, or use it to provide a paid service to third parties;
   (d) use the Software for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the copyright
       holder.

4. Your data and results

   The copyright holder claims no rights in the data you enter into the Software or in the results you obtain
   with it. The Software runs offline and does not transmit your data.

5. Citation

   If results obtained with the Software are published, please cite the Software as described in its
   documentation (CITATION.cff), including the version used.

6. No warranty

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
   LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU
   ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THAT THE RESULTS ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of liability

   TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR AND THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
   CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

8. Termination

   This licence ends automatically if you breach its terms. You must then stop using the Software and delete
   your copies.

9. Governing law

   This licence is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
